What kind of therapy do you offer? I am trained in Intregrative Psychotheraputic Counselling, which simply means I am trained to use a variety of models which I tailor to each individual client.
Do you have a code of ethics? Yes I am a member of the BACP (British Association of Counselling and Psychotherapists and adhere to their code of practice and ethics.
How much therapy will I need? I will do all I can to ensure that you remain in therapy only as long as is absolutely necessary. This is somthing we can discuss at our first meeting and can always been re-contracted.
How much will it cost? I charge £50 per session and on average people find they need 8 to 10 sessions. Some less and some more.
How can I ensure you are the right service for me? I suggest a no obligation exploratory session to meet me. Then I can answer any further questions and give you my best guess of timing and a possible treatment plan.
Why do people come to you for therapy? I most frequently deal with depression, anxiety, stress, grief and relationship issues. Working with you, my aim is to help you move on quickly and achieve the goals you have set for your counselling.
